2021 Domaine Fernand & Laurent Pillot Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru 'Vide Bourse'

BH - Reduction and sulfur once again render the nose tough to evaluate. While the difference is not enormous the palate impression of the medium-bodied flavors is bigger, richer and more powerful if not necessarily more concentrated and I like the opulent mouth feel of the impeccably well-balanced finish. This is a very serious wine at present and one that will need a few years of bottle age first. Very solid quality here.
